About THEMES

The THEMES perspective / 001

A BRAND HAS
A WORLD OF
ITS OWN

THEMES considers how that world enters a hotel — through scent, formulation, objects and the spaces in which they are experienced.

Working with selected houses and hospitality partners, we develop a coherent expression around each project, supported by LANDE’s development and production capabilities.

Selected with intent. Developed as a complete expression.

Mono Capsule

MONO CAPSULE

The vessel remains. The refill is replaced

A dispensing system conceived around a lasting outer vessel, a replaceable refill and a separate pump assembly. Colour, finish and identity are considered in relation to the brand and the setting.

Form, proportion, finish

The vessel is designed to be read as a room object. It has weight, a defined shoulder and a cap that closes with the density of a closure rather than a lid.

Form, finish, colour and branding are developed around the requirements of a hotel, an interior or a brand partner. Embossing and marking are handled on the body itself, not on an applied label.

Project object — faceted body

What is kept, and what is replaced

A modular dispensing system comprising a permanent outer vessel, a replaceable refill and a separate pump assembly. Developed for repeated hotel use in rooms, suites and public spaces.

Each part is replaced only when it needs to be. That is the whole argument: the object a guest sees stays in the room, and only the interior changes.

Rooms, suites and shared spaces

The object is specified against the surfaces it will sit on and the light it will sit in. Finish is chosen in relation to stone, timber and metal already in the room.

In shared spaces the same architecture carries a larger format without becoming a different object.

Capacities, compatibility, durability, recyclability and certification are not stated here. Those follow confirmed specification.

THE ROOM IS
PART OF THE DESIGN

Colour, surface and scale are considered against the interiors in which an object will live.

A closer look

WHERE AN IDEA
MEETS A PLACE

Some projects begin with a brand. Others begin with the character of a hotel. We develop the right expression together, from the first conversation through form, fragrance and production.

01 / For hospitality

A place of your own

Explore a distinct guest experience shaped around your property and the way it wants to be remembered.

02 / For brand houses

A world in another setting

Consider how your house can enter hospitality through objects and rituals that remain true to its identity.

03 / For partners

A considered range

Open a conversation about the collections, markets and practical conditions that make an edition possible.
